RANDY “RANDALL” PALCULICT
AIA, LEED AP BD + C
Randy manages and directs the efforts of the project team. His responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, design, client relations, quality assurance, as well as new client development.
Randy was born in Tarragona, Spain, and spent most of his childhood moving across the United States. His family is from El Dorado, AR and Fayetteville, AR. He has always considered Arkansas home.
He served 11 years on the AIA Arkansas Board of Directors, including serving as
President in 2018, and currently represents Arkansas on the National AIA Strategic Council. Currently, Randy is serving as Chairman of the AR STEM Coalition Board of Directors.
Personal Highlight: Randy also enjoys cooking, hiking, playing guitar, and holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
