Chairman Emeritus and founding partner of Jackson Brown Palculict, Brooks is an asset to the firm as a resource of knowledge and experience. He is the founder of the Firefighters’ Foundation of Little Rock, and serves on several civic organization boards.
As founder of the firm in 1983, Brooks built the foundation and established the principles on which the firm operates today. He has been involved in his community, founding and serving on the board of multiple non-profit and professional organizations, and has tirelessly given his personal time and services back to that same community that raised him.
Brooks is an avid outdoorsman, and has been featured on the Outdoor Network for duck calling, and has also achieved a “World Slam,” having harvested a bird from all subspecies of turkey.
